This website, saazaura.com (the “Website”), is owned and operated by SAAZ AURA PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered/principal office at 212/214, Plot No. A-2, Shivlok House-1, Commercial Complex, Karampura, New Delhi, West Delhi, Delhi – 110015, India. Throughout the Website, the terms “Saaz Aura,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SAAZ AURA PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing the Website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a product or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referred to herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

By using this Website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. If you are using the Website on behalf of another person or organisation, you represent that you have authority to act on their behalf.

2. Our Products

Saaz Aura primarily offers artificial/fashion jewellery and related accessories, unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page. Customers should rely on the information provided on each product page regarding materials, plating, stones, dimensions, colour, care instructions and other product characteristics. Terms such as “gold tone,” “silver tone,” “diamond look,” “kundan style,” or similar descriptions of appearance do not, by themselves, mean that the product contains solid gold, silver, diamonds or precious gemstones. Where a product contains a particular precious metal, stone or other specifically identified material, it will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.

3. Product Images and Colours

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, the actual colour and appearance of jewellery may vary slightly due to:

Photography lighting;
Reflections from metal and stones;
Screen/device settings;
Display brightness;
Manufacturing or batch variations; and
Other photographic or technical factors.

Minor variations that do not materially change the advertised product should not necessarily be considered defects.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the product. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or modify our collections without prior notice. If an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment, we may cancel the affected item/order and refund any amount collected for that cancelled item.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change from time to time. Any applicable shipping charges or other charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable. In the event of an obvious pricing, typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Orders

An order placed through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including:

Incorrect pricing;
Payment failure;
Suspected fraudulent activity;
Invalid/incomplete delivery details;
Courier serviceability limitations;

7. Payment

Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, Cash on Delivery and other methods displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Saaz Aura does not ordinarily receive or store complete card credentials where those credentials are processed directly by the relevant payment provider.

8. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (“COD”) may be available for eligible products, orders and PIN codes. We may verify COD orders by telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, OTP or another reasonable method before dispatch. COD availability may be restricted based on order value, location, previous order history, courier availability or fraud-prevention measures.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates shown on the Website or communicated after an order are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals, public holidays, remote locations, natural events or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

10. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Saaz Aura does not provide a general return, exchange or refund facility unless such facility is expressly mentioned on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. A customer should therefore check the relevant product page before placing an order. Any product-specific return, exchange or refund benefit will be subject to the onditions stated on that product page or applicable offer. This does not restrict any remedy that must be provided under applicable Indian consumer law, including where goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from their advertised characteristics in circumstances where applicable law requires a remedy. 11. Warranty and Guarantee

No product sold by Saaz Aura carries a general warranty or guarantee unless a specific warranty or guarantee is expressly mentioned on the relevant product page. Customers should not assume any:

Lifetime warranty;
Anti-tarnish guarantee;
Colour-retention guarantee;
Plating guarantee;
Stone-retention guarantee;
Waterproof guarantee;
Breakage guarantee; or
Product-life guarantee

unless it is expressly stated for that particular product. Where a warranty or guarantee is provided, its period, coverage, exclusions and conditions will be specified on the relevant product page or associated warranty terms. Nothing in this clause limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Anti-Tarnish Claims

The term “anti-tarnish” applies only to products specifically described as anti-tarnish. Anti-tarnish does not necessarily mean that a product will never tarnish, fade, discolour or experience normal wear. Product appearance and longevity may depend on usage, moisture, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, humidity, storage conditions and individual skin chemistry. Any anti-tarnish guarantee applies only where expressly stated on the relevant product page.

13. Jewellery Care

Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with a product or available on our Website. Unless specifically stated otherwise, we recommend keeping fashion jewellery away from excessive water, perfume, cosmetics, household chemicals and prolonged moisture. Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling or failure to follow applicable care instructions may not qualify for a voluntary remedy.

If you submit a review, photograph, video or other content to us or through the Website, you represent that you have the right to submit that content. We may moderate or remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, misleading, infringes third-party rights or is otherwise inappropriate.
